Anyone want to partner up on a site?

I have got a blackhat site and need an expert in SEO to get me to number 1 in google for my keyword. I could probably do it myself as I do know a bit about SEO BUT at the moment I dont have the time or rsources. The website is kindof basic at the moment so if you can do web design also that would be helpful. So what I am proposing is that if we team up I can handle everything on the website,the orders,receiving payments (remember its blackhat so this is the most tricky bit) and communicating with customers. In exchange for this help, I will give you a commision percentage. We can discuss what percentage you want through PM.
