They took 4 days to sort out an issue then it wasn't sorted correctly.
I got a refund and went back to WPX and bought another package there.

Better go with some other shared hosting like Hostinger, Bluehost, HostArmada, etc. From the reviews, I think Namecheap hosting is a nightmare. Most of the time, there is no difference whatsoever between shared hosting and WordPress hosting. It's just how companies are playing with words to make you pay more for the same service.

I just searched for it yesterday, the reviews look good. I am thinking to get a plan myself over there. Most of the hosting have fake reviews. Take Hostwinds for example, I don't know how it has such a good rating. Fuckers charging me over $120/year and I cannot host a single WP site properly.
