Yes it is good. But you need to share others link too to gain credits for your link so they can also share it. Your link must not have affiliate links on it or it will not be approved by the moderators.

It works same as sites like socialadr and youlikehits, social traffic exchange, I assume better quality shares since the site isn't overrun with bots yet
