Make another ticket, i usualy get response within 3-5 hours on my tickets. I use them for the past 7 months without issues.
 
Never heard about them before. That's suck to wait for that long though. I would considering whether to use them or not due the slow support and setup. Check out a recommended vps service on my sig, the support is fast and top notch! I personally a happy customer. :D
 
OP, I've contacted Carlos (the owner) for you and he said he has already set up and sent out all the details to all new clients already.

Not sure why you didn't receive the email.

P.S: I own 11 of the Pro Tier just to run GSA SER with Captcha Sniper, Sick Submitter, Scrapebox, SenukeXcr, Wiki Bomber, and such. I doubt it would be fast for Xrumer use... unless if you set at low thread levels.

It seems I cant edit first post, all is solved, the details emails should be on a different email I was looking on, just a misunderstanding, the VPS is really clean and fast, I made a good decission moving.

Informations from your signature are not correct. It is 12.95 for a VPS with 512MB of ram.
