Anyone using this email sending platform for mass mailing? Any reviews?

I am not associated with this product but interested in using. I tried the online chat, but no one there chatted back. Would like an honest review if it works as advertised.

Why don't you go with one of the trusted providers like SendGrid or MailChimp?

I mean i don't know anything about that particular company you're asking about, whether it's legit or not, but why risk it? There can't be that big of a price difference.
