Anyone using this affiliate?

I recently discovered this affiliate, 3 independent sources are claiming that they got paid by them, but when making google searches, there are a lot mixed reviews about this being a scam or not.

The company is starty0urs3rver(dot)c0m, their affiliate program claims to pay you $100 for each referral signup, and that you can request a withdraw as soon as you have 10 signups verified.

Would like a review here to be sure if they are legit or not, thinking about starting to promote them but I want to be sure is worth it.

There are so many other legit affiliate programs you can join why join one that may or may not pay? The bottom line is that if this sounds too good to be true then it is. Try scouring the affiliate programs board to see if this compay crops up. If reviews are that mixed I wouldn't bother doing it.

Even as a newbie, i have found a few good affiliates for my website, if i ever get indexed, i might make some money from them......
