So i know how Stripe is strict on LLCs but on the same hand they let you open LLC in Delaware with them for 500$, so i am thinking of opening one with them, I've done some research on Delaware taxes and it says 0% for non-residents, can someone tell me more about this?

Also do you pay the federal tax as a non resident?

You can find your answers here:

Also they can open your Delaware LLC for much less than $500

They can but Stripe doesn't likes LLC's hence why I'd open it via them

Where are you from?

If you as an individual are from a non supported country from Stripe, even with a US LLC, they will close down your account.

Source: People in my IM circle from non Stripe supported countries.

If you're from a Stripe supported country, go with WY, much cheaper and more privacy. I do it since 2019 with 0 issues.

Edit: If you decide to go with Stripe DW company, make sure to not elect C crop, you'll be taxed 30%, the same as the us companies and I think Stripe incorporates LLC to be taxed as a C corp (to cover their arse of course).

I see you have a lot to learn. Either pay a US CPA to consult you or do a thorough research.

Edit 2: If the USA has a tax treaty with your country, the IRS will report the shit out of you, so be careful and double check that. You may end up paying more that you'd pay in taxes in your country.

Stripe doesn't supports my country. So should i open a LTD in Hong Kong then i guess

As for taxes, I suggest you consult a CPA, a $500 is gonna saves you from a lot of troubles, because regulations & setup differs based on where you live, what you do, how much you make & where you take your money.

What do you mean ?
I didn't quite understand Stripe and country of residence ?
What is WY, is it Wyoming ?

Last time I checked stripe atlas was not doing LLC, it was only C corp. Maybe they've introduced LLC as well. But let me tell you opening a company through them does not mean you'll have a long lasting stripe account. They shut people down if you don't follow their ToS.
