Anyone using SSM?...Im stuck on one part of the "elements"

Hi,

I have been using SSM for a long time but I have decided to use the "element" section more but i cant get it to work out the "title" element when a form is like this

mrs
ms

I have tried T then the element number in "second other" field and also S and R but the program wont select anything. Just stays on ==== which doesnt complete the form. Ive tried Bo but he never answers now. Anyone got around this problem?
