Anyone using SEO powersuites rank tracker? captchas for no reason?

Hey guys

I've been using rank tracker for almost a year now, and have loved it. The other day they made an update to the software for their integrated proxy service. I am using proxies form buyproxy.org, not their service. Since this update I have been getting hit with captcha queries even though my proxies are not banned in google. I've been checking with SER and scrapebox when i see the captchas come up, and my proxies are not banned.

I have been tracking this project for almost a year now. I'm only tacking 55 keywords, and have used 10 proxies on this project with no captcha issues.

Is anyone else having this problem???

Once BuzzBundle loads their brand tracking feed in 3-4 days you might actually get a response from a representative here.

On a serious note, best thing to do is to contact them. All their stuff is clumsy as fuck, just put some pressure on them. They love it.
 
I did, and they have replied to me twice trying to help me understand whats going on. But there was no real answer. They said it could be that I dont use human emulation delays, but I never have and never have had an issue with captcha solving for no reason when my proxies arent banned.

I'm using 30 proxies. This is over kill for 55 keywords

funny thing is buzz bundle is not giving me any captchas using the same proxies. anyone have a recommendation on a better desktop rank track software?
 
99.999% of all rank trackers are either WAY overpriced or simply suck. It's a simple task. I honestly have no idea why its so hard find a good one. There is no in between, they either want a fat monthly payment or they are one-time and buggy. I use cuterank, but it isn't perfect either. Let us know if you found a better one.
 
I hope they fix rank tracker. yea you have to pay a monthly fee for ALL of their products... but rank tracker is (was) worth it to me since its desktop software. I dont have to worry about someone stealing my data or niche (tin hat crew here). Now that I'm getting hit with 30 captchas everytime I check ranks thats another monthly fee.

If i find something i will post it
 
I forgot I had scrapebox's rank tracker plugin. 20 bucks, no monthly payment. It doesnt look as nice, and I dont think it generates reports, but its getting the job done with no captchas.
 
I was using the SEO rank tracker for a while but I got tired with the monthly fees so I have build my own tool to simply track my niche sites ranking rather than using other complicated and overpriced tools and the subscription nonsense.

I already have them for submitting with SER and other tools. Might as well.

Plus if I don't use proxies my IP gets banned. Then my wife has to answer captchas and I get bitched at. ;)

I've been using powersuites rank tracker since the middle of last year. Sometimes only using 10 proxies. for the same keywords. Never had this issue. (just like it said in my OP).
 
I use RT for a few clients and not currently having that issue. I've had it in the past, but not right now.
Love most of SEO Powersuites tools, but like all rank trackers, it's weak.
I currently also use Scrapebox and stick the results in Excel 2013 and get a "real pretty" graph as a result. No paid proxies at all.

Thanks for the feedback Scritty. That's what I was looking for.

I'm still trying to troubleshoot the issue with RT. I might grab a set of proxies from somewhere else and see if it persists since you're not having the issue (maybe with the proxies they are promoting). Scrapebox is working great right now but I do need the nice reports for my customers. I only update their rankings once a week. I'd rather not run up my DBC account for the reports though. This 55 kw project is one of my own personal things.
