I use it.
It was released too early and with too many bugs. It didn't post many links and couldn't be used for many sites.
A few months have passed since then and many bugs have been fixed, but not all of them. The latest beta that I've played is pretty damn good, however.
For me it posts about 250 links a minute. I've seen some insane spider activity and nice shift in Google rank from using the most recent version. Multiple keywords have jumped from lower first page to #1 and many other have risen from pages 2 and 3.
It's great also for getting a ton of backlinks - to your better quality backlinks to give them more force.
I think the concept of SeoLinkPro is great, and there's really nothing else like it out there. The thing with great new pieces of software like this is you have to be patient as it's perfected.
It's a good tool that will get you many links but if you're totally impatient and can't see the big picture then it may not be for you.
