Actually, one of my BSTs is in process of approval, I delivered links to the Mod that is in charge of the approval (still didn;t told him about it), but I decided to skip BST.
After http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/645259-no-design-no-fancy-names-needed-links-huff-po.html I decided to give it a rest when it comes to BSTs here. I now wanted to start something cheaper, but I am not sure that we will have time for that, especially since I am going to 1 month vacation soon.

Yes, there are many legit providers, but it would usually mean that it takes several weeks for links to be successfully placed.
