Anyone using Proxy Beast?

I would recomment Proxy Goblin. It still is the best in my opinion.

ive said this a thousand times so here goes for 1001
no matter what tool you buy such as
proxy beast - proxy goblin - proxy grabber - fpl -
they all do the same thing, sure they look different but under the hood
they all collected already posted proxies from sites.
this is why they have a short life span because everyone regardless of
which tool you own , your all scraping the same proxies and sharing the
same proxies, thats why they get abused and died fast .
if your happy with that, just pick 1 and go but dont expect 1000+ elite proxies
that wont happen because as fast as you get your proxies, hundreds if not
thousands of others are doing the same thing ..

Well said, and that's the fact. I am answering to the OP. Now you must choose a solution that suits you most. There are only a few reasonably good softwares in terms of port scanning and automating this job. For a new user without patience and knowledge this solution is a no go.
You can look for proxy providers at http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f112-proxies-sale/ that will possibly cater your needs and if you feel like port scanning is what you would like to do on your own to get elites that barely none else has I would look for those softwares at http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f18-buy-sell-trade/
