Anyone using propellerads ad network?

I tried working with them in the past. After depositing the initial 100 Euros, I set up my first campaign which was a whitehat one. It was a simple campaign where I was trying to purchase traffic to one of my client's website. I was using a url shortner.

They disapproved the campaign and immediately suspended the account. The support guys were arrogant and wouldn't listen or reconsider a review of my campaign. I had to request a complete refund for which they took close to 1 month, that too after me constantly pestering them every other day!

In comparison, I would suggest you look into popads, hilltopads, adsterra. I've used them and they are good.
