I add spinach, kale and avacado to mine. I seriously do not taste it.

Try a chocolate avacado smoothie. You don't even taste the avacado. It just tastes like a dessert.

There's recipes for it all over the internet.

Had a few juicers and this is the easiest to use and clean so gets a bit of use. Will still become a bit of an ornament after the initial "lets blitz everything" buzz dies off.

If you are going to get one shell out a few quid extra and get at least a 900/1000W its got the power to make proper smoothies.

Aren't they more for doing veggies? I don't have one but it looks like they are being marketed towards either health conscious or people wanting to lose weight, if that was the case you should avoid solely using fruit. If you aren't doing it for health reasons, one of my favorites is strawberry, mango, and banana.

Fruit smoothies, Protein shakes, Green veg, soups etc, bang what you want in it its just a mini blender

Unless you buy a powerful one then youre not wrong. Only difference is the clean up is a major hassle on the cheap blenders.

The fuck am I doing blender reviews on BHW ? I'm back off to Mumsnet.

    I use a nutri-bullet to make a two-part smoothie that I drink each morning.

Part one is creating spinach cubes. I put a ton of fresh leafy spinach in the NB and some water then blend. Then I add more spinach and water and blend, and repeat the process until the blender is a little past the maximum point. And then I pour those into an 18-slot ice cube tray. That's every two and a half weeks.

Each morning I make a smoothie that consists of:

8oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 cup of frozen blueberries
    1 spinach cube
    5 grams of creatine monohydrate
1 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 vanilla ice cream protein powder

...it's like drinking a blueberry cheesecake milkshake I tell you.
