Anyone using njalla server? My server is down.

I bought njalla VPS 30 for my site. Now the site shows 522 connection timed out. And I cannot connect to the server through SSH. I submitted tickets but have not received replies.

I cannot connect the server through IP.

Also had issues via SSH but seems that now all good
