Anyone else keeping fit and tracking it with Nike plus?
I was tempted, but i know my route is exactly 10k, and i know 1k, 2.5k, 5k, 7.5k and 10k marks so i can easily work out times/pace if i want, so i never really got around to it.
Loads of people recommend it though!
Yeah it's ace.. I mainly map out my routes using Google maps but I think it's more useful for the competitions you get to do - fastest 5k, longest distance in 30 days etc.
Particularly running against people I know (and dont want to lose against) has really got me off my ass and running.
I use it. It's great for tracking distance, route and challenging friends.
I use Strava, I personally prefer it to Nike+. It's great if your into cycling as well.
Yeah, its pretty cool. They also got nike fuelbands that just came out not to long ago. They almost do about the same thing
