Anyone Using MobFox? Need help running Ad Campaign Report.

I'm new to MobFox. I ran one campaign. I tried following their directions on running the conversion report, but keep getting errors. Can anyone tell step-by-step on how to run the report? They don't have a help number to call, just email. I'm still waiting to hear from them.
