Anyone using Luminati proxies for IG?

The problem is that basically you never (really) know the proxy provider unless you are VIP/too big enough to deal with Admin directly or somehow get direct acess to their services.
Lets say we have 3 type of proxies: Great (clean) [1], good (usefull) [2] and bad (spammed/banned/blocked) [3]
We can say that the more time a proxy last the higher the chances it have to become a bad one because it become used by multiple users that can make any mistake and bang.
So we can say that the more time a proxy provider is into the game the higher the chances he have multiple proxies at 3 condition, those he cant burn and still have to profit from them.
So when you are a "new client" they can literally give you clean ones , type 1, that will make you think they have just 1 and 2 type of proxies, and than you become a client and receive type 2 or 3.
Its not hard to burn a whole subnet/pool/range in the social plataform eyes, you force account creation, force multiple actions at the same time or have toxic behavior and you literally 'killed' the whole range itself.
But it gets worst because basically all proxies from datacenters (most commons) are literally into the same area for years, leading to a toxic pool even after years.
