Anyone using Instabuilder that have encountered this problem?

After buying IB gig a couple times on 5er I decided to buy it myself but after I installed it the pre-made templates don't show.

Says: No template available even though the template folder is in the plugin folder.

And yes, I contacted support but they are not known for their speed so maybe I got some luck here.

Oh Yeah. Well I used them and found there support to be fast and speedy. Maybe it helps not to be a d*ck?
 
I just bought it and I dont have templates either. also, this is their official support: asksuzannatheresia.com they only responded me here
