Anyone using IMSoldiers ?

I have being struggling for a while, trying to rank my websites. I have tried several software and best practices to create multi-tier backlinks without any success.

In my last try, I am planning to get into IMSoldiers to get some guidance. Any review of them? Any experience you can share?
