Anyone using Hooligan Media?

Hello everyone, a few months ago when I entered BHW someone named me Hooligan media and it helped me to have advertising on sites that adsense did not approve of me... Then I had adsense and did not use Hooligan anymore but yesterday I wanted to name a new site Hooligan and it gives me an error when verifying the HTML code, does anyone know if the service still exists? I sent a ticket and no one replied yet.

Much better to work only with established networks.
