I'm using google translate to post articles in my own language. I use the ABS software and I just fetch feeds and translate them into dutch. I change the title if needed and create a title tag for the post but thats about it.

The content if very poorly translated but I don't really want visitors to read it I want then to click the page away because their eyes hurt.

I have adsense ads on the blog. Do you think that will be a problem?

I dont think the translated content would work in Google Rankings, its rather suggested to get low / cheap costing content from writers available online.

Run your RSS feeds through Yahoo Pipes translation module. Works for me from Japanese to English, I get unique content for free.
