How do you do it? Cloaking? What kind of Landing pages convert well? What kind of ad Copies?

Any help / resources would be greatly appreciated :)

The ROI is better if you have your own site that you use for Adwords.Many PPCall partners are not providing that sort of stuffs.I guess offline methods also run hand in hand with adwords ,that brings you loads of profit.
 
There is new feature in adwords search only for call only
I intend to use it with tech support offer
