Anyone Using CuteRank? Is it working for you?

I'm just curious if anybody out there is using CuteRank, and if Google is updating for you.

I contacted their support, and have been getting the run around.

Stopped working about 2 weeks ago. (Yahoo, and Bing still work.. Just not Google)

I can go on Google manually and search with no problems or having to enter a captcha or anything like that, so I don't think it's my IP.

Does it work for anybody else?

it's the same for me. my cuterank pro has stopped working (google only). their support never answered my email at all (5 or 6 email).
