Anyone using custom instructions in ChatGPT Plus?

The custom instructions feature was released a few months ago, but I noticed it recently. Have played with it a little, and it seems to improve the content quality by a bit. I believe it all depends on what you put in both the boxes.
Anyone using this feature? What instructions do you put in both the boxes? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I've read both the threads already. Right now, I'm experimenting a lot with prompts that can produce a decent article. It's just that I want to hear someone's experience of using "Custom Instructions" feature, and how they incorporated it in their workflow to produce good content. As it seems to me like a great feature.

Yes, tried that already but wasn't able to get desired results. What helped me a little was feeding human-written articles to ChatGPT, and then asking for a prompt to create same article style.
