Anyone using CTR SEO for ranks?

Hey guys,
Is anyone doing CTR click SEO and seeing results ?
There are some platforms that you pay for credits, you get clicks from people clicking your url in SERP and booom! ranks get higher?!

Anyone who experienced those platforms ? Any thoughts on them ?

This has been covered dozens of time here. It doesn't work.

One member got effectively neg SEOed by this kind of approach though, so... yep, that's what you can expect.
