Using AdsPower with mobile rotating proxy currently with semi-aged accounts (random geo) but after few hours of botting despite having a "warm-up" setting on, I run into X Cloudflare verification and the accounts get locked.

What is wrong in my setup? Is it the accounts they must match geo? do I need better aged accounts?

How you automate them? Have you tried to use other proxies? How many actions you do daily?

I do farm x accounts. only using different chrome profiles. accounts are still fine without any problem

using custom made JS chrome extension to mimic user behavior as human as possible.

How are you automating successfully? aged accounts? Also, does geo matter with X for quality? If I am say Europe buy accounts made EU?

Have you tried python selenium? that worked for me.

You might want to focus on making the accounts and network behavior look more natural and consistent rather than relying only on warm-up settings. Semi-aged accounts can still face verification if the activity pattern or geo signals look unusual, so trying accounts with closer geo relevance or more trusted sourcing may help.

Geo mismatch plus too much action too fast can trigger that, so try matching account country with proxy and cut your warmup speed a lot.

Yes we do X automations on the web. There are a bunch of variables in play here that could affect your success/failure (HQ Proxies, Accounts, Automation Logic). Make sure to AB test all those variations until it clicks. There aren't shortcuts it's just trial and error.

Cloudflare triggers from behavior not just proxy. If actions look bot like it will flag even with warm up.

Random geo and aged mix can also look weird so consistency matters.

Why a rotating proxy? I always thought that a normal user doesn't rotate their IP every time the wind changes direction

I have a dozen X accounts on cheap datacenter shared proxies (1 account per IP, aged, phone verified, dick pic verified). I barely use the accounts, but they're there for me if i need this or that a little bit.

The main issue is probably that your "warm-up" setting isn't actually doing much if you're not sending realistic mouse movements.

What's your warm-up setting? It really matter. Different setting, different result. I also have hundreds of x accounts. All good and clean. I am using phone farm

Are you talking about RPA in Adspower? We use our own automation via API - in our case its Playwright + Linken Sphere. Try automating tasks via API.

For X, geo matching is super important, it's gotta be tight between your accounts and proxies. And tbh, semi-aged accounts might still look kinda sus, so def try some really aged ones, they usually blend in way better

Been running something similar with AdsPower + mobile rotating proxies and a tiny custom JS to mimic real users. After a few hours I still hit Cloudflare verifications and the accounts get locked. Anyone else seen geo matching or aged accounts matter here? I’ve tried slowing the warm‑up and making behavior a bit more human, but not sure what actually helps. Curious what others have found about geo consistency and anti-bot behavior in practice.

Random geo on semi-aged accounts with rotating proxies is probably a massive red flag for cf, especially if the ip geo and account geo don't match. You gotta get those geo-matched accounts and probably older ones, plus make sure your bot acts super human-like

Your problem is geo mismatch plus the rotating proxy pattern. X tracks location consistency way more than people think. If you have US accounts on European proxies that rotate every few hours, that's an instant red flag.

Real users don't hop IPs constantly. Try static mobile proxies matched to account creation geo. So if the account was made in Germany, use German mobile proxies that don't rotate during sessions.

Semi-aged accounts are also borderline. 6-12 month old accounts with natural activity history perform way better than 2-3 month "semi-aged" ones that usually have fake activity patterns.

Your JS extension might be too perfect. Real users make micro-mistakes: occasional double clicks, slight scroll overshoots, pauses mid-typing. If your automation is too clean, it stands out
