Anyone using Artisteer 4+ (official licensed ver.)?

Hi!

Is anyone here using Artisteer 4+ (licensed version)?

I had a paid license for Artisteer (Standard edition) until ver. 3.0. But then, I didn't continued with the annual fees or upgraded to higher versions.

Now I want to upgrade to Artisteer version 4+ to be able to use the latest features. I know I can still get the upgrade at a discounted price. But my main concern is, I have read that the latest version 4+ has major problems in saving the projects (.artx files), espcially on Win XP...

I have read that customers that are facing the artx saving problems (on Win XP esp) are not getting proper customer support or getting prompt solutions. I also cannot upgrade my Win-XP at this stage.

1.) So, are there any project saving problems still in the latest version of Artisteer?

2.) If so, is the technical/customer support able to give proper solutions?


These are the reasons that I am afraid to upgrade. So if any member is using the latest Artisteer version (official of course ), then please let me know whether they have faced any problems (saving artx project as well as any other major problems), and if so, is the customer/technical support prompt in giving solutions? The answers would help be decide whether to upgrade now or not.

This is a good post...anyone using Artisteer and Win Xp?

I know that if you are using the cracked version that you cannot save, so maybe all the complaints are coming from people using the cracked version of the software and they get no response as artisteer know they are using cracked software.

why don't you download ver 4 and try it on xp. When you install it is separate from the other version and it does not overwrite the older version. I tried ver 4 as i want it for responsive themes in wordpress but it seem to be messed up. I do use windows 7

Dudelady...are you using the cracked version....or paid?

I was considering the purchase of this program...but money is tight these days and want to make sure i'm getting a good program for the money.....thanks for your input.
