anyone using amazon aws free tier ? need serious help !

i have been charged without notifying from amazon but i cant figure out how and why how can i see what i exeeded why they are playing this game first they provide you free trial then charge you without notifying & aws dashboard is soo confusing i cant figure out what happend i cant see any bill amaount
on aws dashboard maybe i am noob but it should be user friendly just wanted to use jarvee on aws
but i ended up paying without paying its so frustrating they should mail you first right ? before any transaction they should give me alert that you exeeded the limit ? they are looting people !!!!
anyone who knows aws system please i need serious help help me to find my bills and in closing this account any help would be really really appreciated
