We have reached the point where we must find a better way of sending our newsletter and eblasts. We have a list of about 50K so it makes the services like Aweber or mailchimp etc. way way too expensive (we send about 500K emails per month).
For years we have been able to use Worldcast and send to our list via the regular smtp servers at one of our hosting accounts but we have had a complaint from AOL and cannot risk another one or we could have that hosting account shut off. Also my concern has been the lack of any tracking to see what our deliverability is. I suspect that things have just moved on in the world and become much more stringent in filtering / profiling etc. and it's time to find a better way of sending our stuff.
AIT has very attractive pricing and unlimited contacts, has anyone used them? Any viable (affordable) alternative suggestions are very welcome.
(BTW - we are based in the UK but that prob doesn't really matter, we also have a large customer base in Australia)
