Anyone using AFF and Tracking202/Propser202?

Anyone using AFF and Tracking202/Propser202?
If so I have question.

In the normal case my AFF ID looks like this:

http://domain.com/search/AFFID-pmo

In this case the sub id format is :

http://domain.com/search/AFFID-pmo.sub

With some of the features tuned on the URL they give is:

http://domain.com/search/AFFID-pmo?ip=auto&show_city=1&override=1&age=18-35

In this case can I put the sub ID inside the URL like?

http://domain.com/search/AFFID-pmo.sub?ip=auto&show_city=1&override=1&age=18-35

Or does it have to come at the end of the URLfor tracking to work? And if so this network cannot use tracking.
