Anyone using A2Hosting Reseller Package? Need Review!!!!

Hey BHW members, I am looking for reseller hosting for my websites. I am willing to buy the A2Hosting reseller turbo package.

Does anyone use this one? What's the average uptime and loading speed?

Uptime is great on A2.
Load times are highly dependant upon your site, eg how many images and how large they are, how many plugins you have, etc.

Their support can be very slow to respond if it needs to be escalated to a server admin.

I recommend searching for their reviews at trustpilot and / or hostadvice.

I've been a Gold Reseller since 2016, their support used to be top-tier, but now they outsource it to the Philippines. Prepare to hear roosters in the background. The previous support patiently helped guide/train me to set up and work on their platform.

I just use them to host sites, rather than as a reseller, and I find the strangely opposite! lol support is always fast and good for me, I bloody expect it to be though, they are my most expensive host! lol

Yes, I use A2Hosting's Reseller Package and I'm quite happy with it. It provides great features at an affordable price and the customer service is excellent.
