Anyone uses DealExtreme?

On another forum I read a thread about how good DX would be for dropshipping.

Well, I cannot really confirm that. I just got an email from them today and I compared all the products in this email with the products sold on eBay.

All of their products are sold on eBay for same or even lower (!) price. So how could you make any profit? You have to add ebay and paypal fees to their product's prices, which are already higher than the prices they are going for on eBay.

Further, the buyer has to wait 4 weeks to get the product and might be faced with customs duties.

So anyone uses dx as a dropshipper and making profit? Then please let me know how you make this magic happen *lol*

I have used them a lot. Takes hell lot of time to get the product. I have received everything though and in good condition.

Ok ... but did you buy for yourself only or did you resell their items?
If resell, where? On eBay prices are the same as their prices ..... even if something is sold for $5-10 higher than their prices, you still cannot make profit because these $5-10 you have to pay for fees so it is still the same ....

I do not have good experience with them..I ordered headphone ..not working at all..did not even give me refund..it will hard to work with them..1 month to receive product...

They are good for cheap personal shite that your not in a hurry to receive

Used them plenty of times over the years. Awesome prices and the fact that they offer free worldwide shipping is wonderful.
