Hey guys,

First of all sorry, I couldn't find an appropriate forum for payment processing.

Anyway, I'm trying to use 2checkout as a payment processor for one of my products. Now, after signing up, they asked me to show invoices of $500 a month in sales.

The thing is, this product is brand new and I don't have any sales yet! I've tried contacting them but doesn't seem to help. What can I do? (I need 2checkout specifically because it's the best for my target audience on this product - The Arab countries).

Thanks!

There are another 2 alternatives for your countries and yes 2checkout is very good

We're using 2checkout for receiving web hosting payments. However, I don't remember them asking for any such verification. The only thing they didn't like when we signed up, was the ability of clients to add "credit" to their account, so we removed that. The rest of the signup process was simple - just sent them the company registration documents and that's all.

I've used them on different projects in the past and I have nothing negative to say about them. Never heard about them wanting to see a certain transaction volume so far? Keep trying to talkto them... something must be wrong :) their support is normally bloody fast.

So far the don't asked me, but i hate customer support. I like it to be fast! They are still reviewining my website.

We're using 2checkout and is working perfectly - the 500 USD that they're asking is because you didn't pass the IRS forms - try to pass them and then they'll remove this request. Also try to put your withdraw weekly because they do it usually monthly and is a bit too long. Also, their anti-fraud system is very good but you have to announce them if your product is high risk for fraud - there are many that are trying to purchase your product with stolen CC.
2checkout is working perfectly together with Payoneer cards

It is the new tricky thing that they add since they closed maybe hundred account in one day because of alleged high % of charge-backs. Non of that was true especially for my business because i have been with them for over 3 years and generated 100k + income through their system and i received few charge-backs but not as high to avoid me. Now back to your question if your business is new try to make some Photoshop invoices issued through some local merchant(i know that they wont check because i will do the same next week after i try to open account under another state holder.

2checkout is great. Plus their integration with paypal payments will allow you to sell via 2CO and still not lose the PP clients... Nothing negative to say about them.
