Are they effective and know to do the tasks effectively?

I tried several with online pH, havent found one. Still interviewing though. But it's getting really exhausting.

I'm Already doing paid trial to screen out but its just too time consuming. So thought by paying higher price in agency, it'd be easier

Go to the "Hire a freelancer" section and post this thread there. You will get VA managers reach out and I am sure you will be able to find VA's that have been screened to some degree which may be able to help with your needs. Just make sure to add details in your thread about the task you want them to do, that way you may just get a VA who is experienced in the field you want them to work in.
 
You are trying to game reddit. Do you think a VA from Philippines can game reddit? Think twice.
