Anyone used this app review site?

I came across "app reviews shop" (Sorry can't post link yet) on my search but I am having issue finding reviews of this them.
I find their package fits my need, but I am scared to try.
I've seen 1 or 2 guys recommended on this forum and one other forum, but that's about it.
Does anyone else have experience using them?

We've used this to get a couple of reviews and test the service.
Scam.
They never reply once they get your money.

Oh, these guys. Don't trust them dude, i've been trying to connect with anyone from their sales department for a month, but got no response. This service looks very suspicious.
