Yeah Swapd is great. The admins oversee all transactions and help make things go as smoothly as possible. They also audit accounts (followers, engagement, etc.). You've still gotta be careful, you can get scammed. Digital accounts and funds can be hard to recover depending on how the transaction went down.
Something you've gotta watch out for is accidentally buying a hacked/stolen account.
I haven't used them in a while but it's by far the most reputable place to buy and sell accounts, in my opinion.

You can check this discussion. The dialogue of a Swapd account with a member is remarkable. Besides, the member has been banned for some reason.
