Anyone used nextgenhost.net

Ive been with these over 2 weeks without problems, but today my site has been down for over 7 hours which is unacceptable.
Support dont respond either, think its time for a new host.

Anyone else with these? and any suggestions for off shore hosting?

I have bought vps from them long time before and stayed with them for 2 almost 2 months, they always change there TOS in just a sec, servers are mostly down, but support was good at that time because of one Indian guy who was working with them but he also left the company because the owner was not paying him anything. right now that guy has setup his company for server administration. Right now NextGenHost hosting is mostly down.

Its rubbish!!!

I bought Reseller hosting from them and got lots of problem , some time server down and some time my data was deleted and some time no support for more than many days...
They just Received money and reply only to new customers when new customer pay fees then they never reply you...
