How much indexing rate do you think I can achieve with a link wheel like that?

For example I have 750 articles with 2 backlinks each, would it be realistic to think that 80% will get indexed and thus have 1200 backlinks?

All depends on the quality of his work.

But 95% + is quite normal for top SEO experts.

I've worked with the Good Seo man on here before (see his mininet link) and he is both polite, fast and reliable. I started my own thread re. this King Monster package a while ago. I don't think the content is that readable (based on my experience with the mininet) but in copyscape and other ways it's great. He certainly knows what he's doing and has some monstrously powerful bots set up on his site... Let's see how these do!
