Has anyone used this tool: http://www.backlinksmaid.com/

It essentially tells you what are good links and bad links imported from any backlink tool. Its a simple tool (checks for malware, index, PR etc) and its reasonably priced, so was wondering if anyone's used it or not.

since im one of devs, i can tell u this stuff works. its field tested and im using it myself on 100% of my lists.
we dint start big promotiuon yet but cool u found it already

The guys behind it really knows their stuff when it comes to backlinking and I have several of their tools.

Good support and they back their products and use them themselves.
