ANYONE USED A BHW SERVICE TO RANK THEIR LOCAL BUSINESS SITE?

Just as the title says, can anyone recommend a service that can help rank my local service business website in the usa? It's in a top 20 major city, but the niche is NOT super competitive. I DO NOT WANT LINKS THAT WILL HURT THE SITE LONG TERM. If anyone has had success with a service please let me know.
