Looks like a pretty useful service.

I don't think its worth it if all it's doing is building citations, but it appears to be applying to all of the yelps, yahoos, white pages ect of the world in the premium space?

It's not clear though if they are just listing you at these places (which you could do yourself for free) or actually buying in to make you a premium listing.
Just seeing if anyone has used this service.

JoshN,Great question. Yext can be a valuable service depending on your opportunity cost (I.e. if filling out listings yourself is not worth your time spent). Yext does not provide premium listings on third party sites like CityGrid or some other services. The value lies in the time savings of the service. You can manage all your data from a central location which not only makes it fast but consistent. Yext also reportedly populates listings within a couple weeks. Got it, thats what I thought. I've got more time than money at the moment so I'll go through and do it manually.

any of you guys know what software they are using for the search results they provide for free on their website? I can not find a scraper that does all of those sites. if anyone can point me in the right direction, I don't care if its a free or paid tool , that would help.

You also could look into UBL (Universal Business Listings), they are a much cheaper alternative. I think they do the same thing for around 70 bucks or so. It doesn't push out all of the same sites, nor as quickly, and the UI is a little outdated but I find them pretty useful for expanding your local footprint.
