Anyone Use Systran Web Translator That Powers Yahoo's Babel Fish

I'm trying to find out if systran web translator is any good that
powers yahoo's babel fish translation & where I can get a copy.

Is yahoo's babel fish or systran web translator capable of translating articles
into english from foreign languages to pass copyscape.

i have systran v6 trabslator and its actually sh*t, it doesn recognise many words and the grammar and spelling is not good either, free google translator is much better and yahoo too
