Anyone use PPC + CPA to make money?

Yep. But i use about 4 other methods to generate other traffic... can't keep all eggs in one basket.
 
The answer to your question...yes. But, if you don't know what you are doing with ppc, you can lose money! There are other methods you can use to start off. Or test first.....if you dare :).

Banner ads, offline marketing, setting up a site devoted to CPA (GPT, CPA niche site), etc

Best course I found was reading BHW. Read all you can, apply what you learn and risk 100USD. If you don't make profit, read more and try again.

If you don't know what you're doing you WILL lose money.

Do a lot of reading. Then test with a low budget. Optimise. Test again. Optimise more. Test again. That's how the PPC game works :)

Does hyves allow direct linking of CPA offer and is it a good source of traffic if I'm promoting a CPA offer?
