Is it safe to use MW for CPA?

They claim it's against their terms, yet have options for hiring for CPA offers...:p

I think if your network has incentive offers you'll be alright.
 
I only have 1 offer (that I"m aware of) that I'm allowed to used incentives. I'm planning on trying it out this week.

I see a ton of CPA offers on Mircoworkers. I just tried putting a CPA offer on mturk and it went down in 2 hours.

Nope, I only got 2 completed tasks for an email submit, but it didn't even convert. Downloads might work however
 
Yeah they've got a big list of things you can't do on their Terms but when you actually look at the things running a lot of them are clearly against the Terms.
 
I've seen alot of tricks for cpa on there!! But I believe they dont stay up for long
 
I have been hiring people for 1 year now to complete cpa offers although they can't be incentivized.I haven't had any probs so far.
 
I've used microworkers and they are only good for diggs, youtube comments, youtube favorites, youtube ratings, etc.

Only for mini-tasks.

I would not use them for cpa offers because most microworkers are from foreign countries even if you select U.S.
 
micro used to have sign ups. but the cost simply doesnt justify simple cpas like email/zips.
what other service are you guys using for incentivised offers.
 
Hiring ppl from where? Companies like Mturk or freelance?
