Wouldn't recommend using GPT-Neo for complex tasks (like decent content creation). Gpt-J and GPT-NeoX is the way to go. However, please note that, although they are open source AI models, using them does cost a bit.

I recently spent a weekend with GPT-J and -NeoX and find even OpenAI‘s Text-Curie way better.

Ouch, these are 2.7b and 6b param models. I thought they are something new. I tried them in the past. Nevermind.
