anyone use feedwordpress?

Please explain in detail, how i can set it up to post/update once every 24 hrs, if you know how to thnx

I guess noone does lol... Interested in hearing aswell

I just started playing with this one as well.. Trying to setup a rss feed directory myself. I'm not sure if this plugin is the one I need, but it sure doesn't lack in options..

Had a suite of wordpress blogs hosted by them and all of them (over 10) were inactivated by wordpress admin. They are mor0ns. The sites were not spammy, full of good original content and cost me a lot to develop. I would never recommend going with them.

Install it, upgrade magpierss if it advises you to do so, and a rich feed or set of feeds. Then you can set the update interval for each - Feeds->Update Scheduling, set the wait between polling to 24 hours.

To limit abuse feedwordpress will not let you poll every minute or something and in fact sometimes honours a feed's polling schedule over whatever you set in the Feeds preference. In those cases, you could set the new posts status to be Draft and go in once every 24 hours and publish those you wish to publish.

I managed to get it working. I had to disable the FeedWordPress Duplicate Post Filter. It wouldn't post anything. Once disabled all was fine. None were dupes.. Is there a trick to get the filter working ?
