Anyone use Crazy Egg?

Just came across a service that claims they have customers such as amazon, ebay, etc... it creates a heatmap of your site i guess on where a users mouse moves/clicks or whatever?

Seems like an awesome way to test a new layout, just wondering if anyone has any experience with it? Seems like it's just a fancy visual to something I could whip up in 15 minutes, but damn cool way to look at the big picture at first sight...

Any experience?

I use crazy egg. Been using for two months now. I like it cause you can customize and brand a login for your customers. We can meet over skype and discus layouts and changes to implement or test. You can gather the same info in webmaster tools but I like the visual options I find its easier to explain things to customers using this tool.

crazyegg gives you info you cant get from websmaster tools, because it shows you every click a user makes, even if it's not on a link. this is helpful because it can show you if users are clicking on something expecting something to happen (and you can adjust accordingly)
