Anyone use contentshake content writing tool by SEMrush?

Just wondering whether the quality is better than chatGPT. It seems to generate images too, but their relevance isn't that good.

What are your thoughts? Should I continue to try to optimise keywords and titles for this, or just continue using chatGPT?
