Anyone use ActiveCollab?

We just started using this software at my company and wanted to know if anyone knows any place to download to-do list templates for SEO, Web Design, etc. We are really struggling at getting our sh*t into it. I guess we are a bit scatterbrained when it comes to the actual process.

I also look for a projet management and collaboration tool best for seo and webdesign service businesses. If anyone can help us ...?

Im pretty sure MrE uses it for his high PR service in the BST.
